Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Kinetic. By using the app you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kinetic. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Kinetic only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Misuse the app or attempt to disrupt the service
- Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate another person, coach, or athlete
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
Kinetic has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. This applies to anything other people can see in Kinetic — workouts, programmes, packages and groups you publish, their names and descriptions, your profile, and anything you share with a coach, athlete or group. Objectionable content includes harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual or graphic violent content, and spam.
- We use automated filters, in English and Arabic, to stop words we don't allow in public text.
- You can report content or a user from within the app, and you can block any user so you no longer see them or their content.
- We review every report within 24 hours. If content breaks these terms we remove it, and we may suspend or permanently ban the account responsible, without notice.
Health and fitness disclaimer
Kinetic provides fitness, nutrition, and coaching content for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, diet, or supplement regimen — especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
AI-generated training plans, meal suggestions, and coaching responses are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. Use your judgement and consult professionals where appropriate.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID settings.
Content you create
You retain ownership of the content you create in Kinetic (workouts, notes, photos). You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service.
Liability
Kinetic is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
